The intersection of 110th Street and Locust Avenue is planned to be closed beginning Thursday, September 21st by the Washington County Engineers office for the reconstruction of two reinforced concrete box culverts. The project consists of removing existing structures, replacing them with new reinforced concrete box culverts, and grading work to improve the foreslopes.  Iowa Bridge and Culvert, L.C. of Washington, Iowa was awarded the project at a cost of $185,971.65.  To view the official press release please follow the link below.
