Washington County has a bridge deck overlay project planned on Redwood Avenue (W62) over Williams Creek near Noble, IA.  This project will repair and resurface the bridge deck as well as install new guardrail. Cramer and Associates, Inc. of Grimes, Iowa was awarded the project for $224,695.

Work on the bridge will begin Tuesday, May 30, 2017, weather permitting.  With the closing of W62 scheduled for 8:00am, traffic will be detoured around the project using Hwy 78, Wayland Rd (W55), and 320^th Street (G62).
