With the recent COVID-19 events, individuals may find this time of increased uncertainty causing some increased stress and anxiety. Our mental health providers are here to offer support and may be implementing measures to continue providing services in the safest way possible. Because this situation is fluid and changing daily, our mental Health providers will be closely monitoring recommendations by the CDC and Iowa Department of Public Health regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue making adjustments, as needed to best support our communities.
